Each year, generous supporters celebrate Give to the Max Day by making an online donation on GiveMN.org. Generosity on this day makes a difference far beyond the 24-hour giving event, however.
Please join us on November 17, 2016 for Give to the Max Day, and help us continue to impact youth lives in Minnesota by raising funds for our Regional Winter Workshops, which offer teams an opportunity to learn about energy and environment topics in a hands-on, engaging way. Workshops are typically accompanied with a tour to a local water treatment facility, recycling center, university, ethanol plant, and more.
Dollars raised from this year’s campaign will directly support:
- Transportation dollars to assist teams in attending the winter workshops
- Meals for attendees and staff
- Reservation fees for workshop spaces
- Speaker fees
Donations on Give to the Max Day also may help us receive an additional donation of $1,000. How? On November 17, every gift made on GiveMN.org will be entered into an hourly drawing for a $1,000 GiveMN Golden Ticket to be awarded to a nonprofit organization. Your gift of $10 or more could instantly turn into an extra $1,000!
Here’s the really exciting part: Two donations made on GiveMN.org during the Give to the Max Day campaign will be randomly selected to receive a $10,000 Super-Sized GiveMN Golden Ticket!
