I was raised in Zimmerman, MN and graduated from University of Minnesota, Morris with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. After college, I was a renewable energy intern at the West Central Research and Outreach Center and then got a GreenCorps position at River’s Edge Academy in St.Paul, MN. This has all led me to my new position as the Southern Region YES! Program Coordinator. I am looking forward to working with all the YES! teams and seeing what the students have accomplished and will accomplish.
I enjoy learning new things and teaching people about protecting the environment. My hobbies include hiking, swimming, canoeing, snowshoeing, gardening, playing board games, reading, and painting.
