We have loved having Sarah Hayden Shaw share her knowledge and enthusiasm with the YES! program and teams this year, and we are sorry to bid her farewell. Hydroponics: Growing Ideas and Plants Without Soil

Greenhouses help to begin and prolong the growing season, but there are still times when winter makes it too hard to grow any plants outside. YES! Schools Learn to Green Their Cafeterias
On March 2nd, the YES! teams from Little Falls Community Middle School and Melrose Middle School attended a YES! Winter Workshop entitled ‘Greening Your Cafeteria’. Exploring Energy and Careers at YES! Winter Workshop
YES! teams from ROCORI and Albany had the opportunity to learn more about renewable energy, LEED certification, energy conservation, and environmental careers on February 3rd. The day began at Blattner Energy with Sara Bauer. Sara works as an Estimating Assistant at the Blattner corporate headquarters in Avon.
