Team meetings
We are excited to help out with your projects! The YES! program is unique in offering team visits throughout the year, and we feel it contributes greatly to the success of the teams. Please let your YES! coordinator know two dates/times that would work well for to meet with your team in the next month – and we’ll get a meeting on the calendar as soon as possible.
Summit Summary
Thank you to the total 13 teams (75 students) that were able to come to this year’s Summit! We feel it was a great success largely due to your level of engagement and enthusiasm throughout the day! We’d like to hear from you (coaches and students alike) on how the day went. Please follow this link Feedback for Sept. 28 YES! event and complete our brief survey.
Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) programmable thermostat campagin
Kick start your season with a small project! As mentioned in our previous updates, CERTs is hosting a campaign to install energy-efficient thermostats in homes around Minnesota. Some communities across Minnesota are looking at hosting a promotional day at their local hardware store as an easy way to promote the thermostats. You can find more information regarding the Thermostat Campaign and Student contest at the CERTs website. Please feel free to contact me or a CERTs representative if this is a project your team would like to do!
