How did it go?!?

It was a ‘dark and stormy night’ (or at least a dark day) but WWG Highschool has made it through “Black Out Day.”  At 8:30 their group split up and turned off the lights in hallways and classrooms.   While shutting off lights they taped small signs that say “no lights” on top of every light switch.  They noted that it was pretty dark in the hallways, but exciting at the same time 🙂

They also surveyed a total of 36 students from grades 7-12 and about 14 staff members.  Many students suggested to not use Smartboards which might a bit challenging to some teachers.  Overall, the surveys were positive.

They read the meters, and calculated the amount used for a normal day.  Then we calculated the meters for B.O.D. and saved a total of $21.00 for our school that day!

Way to Go WWG!
